Ivy’s Art

So in case no one knew, I have an amazing daughter and she’s big into art which is great. She’s also kind of my art critique since she has no qualms about letting me know when I am not done a piece yet or if it needs adjusting.
Locally here in Saskatchewan we have a yearly big art show called Art Now which is usually held in Regina and consists of work from most galleries in the province. Anyway this year they had a kids art competition of sorts and so I decided to enter some of Ivy’s pieces into the contest.
Ivy’s mountain painting is when she went to Banf/Jasper area in the summer and she loved the mountains etc. so much she decided to do a painting/picture of them. Her other piece is a demo she followed off Youtube of the drawing of a ice cream cone cat? I’m not sure but I thought they were great so I am sharing them here 🙂
