Summer 2024 me and my soon to be fiancé took a trip down to her parent’s area basically in the Canadian grasslands. A site seeing trip soon started and along the road we came upon a nice big hawk that was perched on a rock in the middle of nowhere, no doubt enjoying the nice warm weather. I snapped a bunch of photos and we kept on trucking.
I always love painting hawks and birds of prey, their regal stance and their gorgeous eyes really catch the viewers attention.
