Royal Gold – Ivy’s Unknown Beetle

This beetle has been wanting to be painted for some time. Me and my daughter Ivy spotted it at the playground sheltering from the wind. It had an amazing golden glow and against the blue playground drums it just popped. I had to paint it as it reminded me of her.
